getting fatter and skinner at the same time??
this is wierd. okay, i’m 16 and am 55kg. so i started running for like a month and i didn’t get any skinner. yep. and i got tired and so i stopped and my weight dropped! to 53kg. yep. and i’m starting to have like a S-shape body and so, my waist have become skinner and my legs and arms becomes skinner too. but my tummy just don’t seem to go away!! and yeah, i did leg lifts daily after i stopped running. so why’s my body like this? isn’t it wierd?? and, i’m 163cm and 53kg now. so am i counted fat?
how to i say this? okay, whenever i wear big shirts with shorts, i’ll look skinny. but when i wear tight-fitting shirts, i look fat. cause my tummy can be seen and..although my arms have become skinner, it still look fat to me. it looks like britney’s now.
oh, and i’m having exams now so i can’t really spend too much time for exercising and i’m going to a new school in 2 month time!! so help!!
crunches or situps =] they help me kinda but i just eat too much =D when ur hungry drink water becuz it feels you up without gaining weight.
