jack russell terrier and his masters in the edge of collapse?
my jrt 1.5 ys old. indoor he is an angel outdoor is a terminator. he bits and attack everythig moves. bikers, cars, dogs, cats, hedgehogs, everything. as a last resort he was castrated a few months ago, but it seemingly doesn’T help. he’s terribly wily but we simply don’t have the key to tame him to the level, that we could roaming together with our other dog’s dogfriends.

It is the breed. JR were created to kill small animal pests like vermin. They will kill birds, cats, moles, anything they can physically kill.
I don’t have an answer for you, but I do know the reason he does it. His whole breed was created to do it. He has a very high prey instinct.
Dogs with high prey instinct love to chase things, balls, people, cats, bikes, etc. If you can find a way to redirect his energy into pursuing things that are acceptable, it might help. But he will always have this tendency. It was what his breed was created to do.
