1. A grain trolley is useful because it’s a heavy duty unit, and instead of trying to lift out a heavy container of cereal, it can be pulled out.
2. A plate rack that slides out, with dividers for full plates and quarter plates.
3. A bottle pull-out is useful because, as you can store and retrieve condiments and pickles easily.
4 A cutlery tray is pretty standard requirement, both as a deep unit in stainless steel to store heavy ladles and spoon and also as a plastic unit that fits flush into the drawer, for everyday cutlery.
5. A plate rack installed over the sink is also useful, as you can put wet dishes in it to drain them off in the sink.
6. Companies like Hettich ,Hafele ,blum and Kaff (to name few) have innovative solutions for the kitchen corners that normally remain unutilized. Exactly following a design you liked in a magazine is not advisable either. Make sure that the design suits your space availability.You can either use a rotary pull-out, which is a fitting that pulls out, and then swivels to expose the interior portion of the unit, or you can use a corner unit, that consists of drawers that travel diagonally into the L-shaped cavity.
